Conventionally, the following structure is often adopted when sequentially installing heat insulating materials such as plastic foam board and interior materials such as decorative plywood gypsum board on the indoor side of concrete walls. A heat insulating material can be pasted onto a poured concrete wall, or a concrete wall can be placed in contact with the heat insulating material to form a heat insulating wall, and wood bricks can be embedded in the concrete wall in advance to create a heat insulating wall. The rim is fixed to the wooden brick surface with nails, etc., and the interior material is attached using this rim as a base.
Composite board materials made by laminating interior materials and insulation materials are closely attached to concrete walls with adhesive. The composite plate material is partially bonded with a bump-like material of high viscosity adhesive. This structure is applied to RC concrete construction, but work such as installing, centering, and positioning the wooden bricks is complicated and tends to go awry. There were drawbacks such as forming a bridge, impairing insulation properties, and causing dew condensation. , the structure is PC construction, ALC
Although it is often used for built-in walls, it is difficult to achieve surface accuracy and can cause distortion and condensation depending on bonding conditions and environmental conditions, which can easily cause problems such as peeling of interior materials and surface distortion.

The frame 3 is made by bending a steel plate into a substantially U-shaped cross section, and has a groove 7 formed along its length, and a locking protrusion 8 extending into the groove at the opening edge of both side walls of the groove 7. 8, and a clip 9 is inserted into this groove 7. The clip 9 has a structure as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. That is, a steel plate is bent into a U shape, a bottom piece 10 is formed in the center, side pieces 11, 11 are formed on both sides, and the bottom piece 10 is formed.
The side piece 11 has a screw hole 12 approximately in the center thereof, and recesses 13, 13 which are cut out and open upwardly at approximately the center of both side edges of the side piece 11. This clip 9 is inserted into the groove 7 from the end of the frame 3, with the side pieces 11 facing in the longitudinal direction of the groove 7, and the bottom piece 10 inserted along the bottom of the groove 7.
The recesses 13, 13 are engaged with the locking protrusions 8, 8 and are slidable in the groove 7, and the tip of the screw 14 for adjusting the stroke screwed into the screw hole 12 is brought into contact with the bottom of the groove 7. The clip 9 is fixed in a predetermined position by screwing the clip into contact and pressing the clip recess 13 strongly against the locking protrusion 8 of the frame.

The vertical frame 4 has the same cross section as the frame 3, and is almost U-shaped.
It has a concave groove 7' and locking protrusions 8', 8', and the side piece 1 of the clip 9 is inserted into the concave groove 7' at its tip as shown in FIG.
A concave groove 7' is formed on the outer surface of the tips of 1 and 11, respectively.
A concave groove 7' at the tip of the vertical bar 4 is fitted along both inner wall surfaces.
The base 5' is assembled by fitting the clip 9 therein. Note that the three walls and four walls on the indoor side of the base 5 are flush with each other, allowing interior materials to be attached closely. Furthermore, depending on the required strength, vertical bars 4' having large cross-sectional dimensions are arranged at predetermined intervals as shown in FIG. In this case, it goes without saying that a clip 9' suitable for the size should be used.

The base 5 for installing the interior material is placed with a small gap between it and the heat insulating material 2, and the lower stile 3 is fixed to the flooring 15 with nails 16 driven through the bottom of the groove 7, and the upper stile is 3, the tip of a jack bolt 18 screwed into a screw hole 17 drilled in a groove 7 is screwed into a ceiling concrete slab 19 through contact with the heat insulating material 2 and fixed by pressure. Further, the vertical stile is similarly fixed to the side wall surface (not shown). The interior material 6 is fixed and stretched on this fixed base 5 surface with tap screws 20 screwed into the vertical beam 4 from the indoor side.

In this embodiment, the frame 3, the vertical bar 4, and the clip 9 are all manufactured by bending steel materials, but they can also be manufactured by extrusion or injection molding of hard plastics. For example, if the frames and vertical bars are made of steel and the clips are made of plastic, the insertion and sliding of the clips will be smooth and convenient.

When assembling the base for installing this interior material, long frames and vertical bars are cut according to the actual dimensions, assembled using clips, fixed along the wall surface, and the interior material is stretched on that surface. do. It is convenient to use frames and vertical bars of the same size because the mounting base can be assembled from the same material. When placing and fixing this mounting base along the wall surface, if one side of the stile is fixed using jack bolts, even if there is a gap between it and the ceiling slab or side wall, it can be easily and securely fixed by screwing and pressing.

In addition, the locking protrusion 8 does not need to be provided continuously over the length direction of the stile 3. The locking protrusions 8 may be provided discontinuously and partially as shown in FIG. 6, or the locking protrusions 8 may be provided by cutting up the frame 3. Moreover, this mounting structure can also be applied to indoor partition walls as is.

According to this invention, the surrounding frame of this base device is fixed to the ceiling, floor, and side wall frame with screws or nails, so that highly accurate flatness can be achieved regardless of the unevenness of the underlying wall surface. Can be secured. Therefore, the interior material has excellent flatness and is less prone to peeling or distortion unlike conventional adhesives. The mounting base consists of a stile and a crosspiece. The stile has a groove, and a locking protrusion is provided on the side wall of the groove. Both ends of the crosspiece are inserted into the groove and attached to the locking protrusion. It is locked and fixed by a clip that is engaged and fixed. Therefore, it is possible to freely assemble the base for mounting by cutting the long frame/piece to match the wall surface dimensions, and it is possible to easily and inexpensively create the base for mounting and then clad the interior material. In addition, if one side of the frame is pressed and fixed to the ceiling surface or wall surface with jack bolts as in the embodiment, the mounting base can be fixed easily and reliably.
