ものである。 This idea involves inserting one end of the joining element into the material to be welded, such as a longitudinal steel profile, and fixing it to the same material, and attaching the material to be joined, such as a horizontal profile steel, to both ends of the joining member. By fixing it, the conventional problem can be solved by making it possible to join easily and reliably.

る。 To explain using an example, a joining unit a having a required length has a collar 1 in the center in the longitudinal direction, which is located closer to the plate than the hole 3 bored in the partition wall 2 of the vertical H-shaped steel b, which is the material to be joined. A screw with a diameter large enough to be inserted into one piece, with a protrusion 4 on one side (on the right side of Figure 3) that fits into the hole 3 and stops rotating, and on one side of the screw with a diameter that allows it to pass through the hole 3. Section 5 is provided integrally. Said hole 3
In order to prevent the projection 4 from rotating within the shaft, the upper and lower peripheral edges of the hole 3 and the projection 4 are diagonally arranged as flat portions 6, as shown in FIG. One side of the threaded portion 5 and the other side of the collar 1 are notched in half in the longitudinal direction to form notch bases 7 and 8, respectively. The upper half pieces separated by the notch are referred to as presser pieces 9 and 10, respectively. The notch base 7 and the presser piece 9 as well as the notch base 8 and the presser piece 10 are
A screw hole 13 through which a pin 12 is inserted is formed so as to overlap the hole 11 formed in the end of the horizontal T-shaped steel c←c', which is another material to be joined. Further, a threaded pipe 14 having an outer diameter larger than the hole 3 is screwed into the threaded part 5 outside the partition wall 2 and fixed with a pin 15.

With respect to the main body of joining unit a which is fixed to joining material b by Clamped and fixed, connected materials b, e,
c′ is tightly joined.

の欠点を解消するものである。 According to this invention, the joining unit a that connects the materials b, c, and c' to be joined is a single unit, for example, separated into the left and right sides of the partition wall 2, and fitted or joined within the hole 3 of the partition wall to form a single unit. Since it does not become a permanent object, the strength against shearing etc. of the joint part is sufficiently maintained, and the strength does not decrease due to workability, so a constant strength can be expected at all times. Furthermore, it is easy to join and disassemble, which eliminates the conventional drawbacks.
