【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、抛てき型穀物乾燥機の昇降機用バケ

穀物乾燥機は、第1図に示すように箱形の本体
1内に上から順に貯留部2、乾燥部3、集穀部4
を設け、本体1の前面にはバケツト式の昇降機5
を配設し、該昇降機5により集穀部4から搬出さ
れてきた穀物を揚穀する。そして第2図に示す如
き従来の直接分散式のものでは、上部プーリー部
におけるバケツトの施回時に生ずる遠心力によつ
て、バケツト内の穀物を貯留部2内へ抛てきさせ
ると共に、一種の邪魔板を設け、該邪魔板により
抛てきされた穀物の分散を図つている。すなわち
第2図に示すように昇降機5の上部に設けた抛て
き口5aに、くの字形に屈曲させた案内兼用の閉
塞板6の上縁を回動自在に枢着する。そして穀物
を貯留部2内へ搬入する場合には、閉塞板6を実
線にて示す位置まで回動させて抛てき口5aを開
口し、バケツト7の施回で生ずる遠心力により穀
物を閉塞板6に向けて抛てきすることにより閉塞
板6に衝突分散させて、貯留部2内へ拡散させて

に閉塞板を廃止し、かわりにバケツト自体の形状
を改良することによつて、抛てき時に穀物を左右
に振り分けて、十分に拡散されるようにしようと
するものである。バケツトから穀物が抛てきされ
る状態を図示すると、第3図に示すようにバケツ
ト内の穀物aは、上部プーリ10での施回運動に
より発生する遠心力によつて底面11から抛てき
壁12(ベルト取付壁13に対向する壁)に沿つ
て移動し、最後に抛てきされる。そして抛てき壁
12の形状を変更し、ここで穀物を左右へ振り分
けるようにすれば、幅広く分散させて抛てき出来
る。このようにすればバケツト7の施回によつて
生ずる抛てきエネルギーが、飛走中の空気抵抗等
によつてそがれる前に分散されるため、効率よく

そして、バケツト20の上部プーリ37での施回
により、穀物を貯留部31へ抛てきすることは従
来と同じであるが、本考案のバケツト20は前記
したように中心部からの抛てきを規制部材により
規制して左右へ振分けるため、第14図に示すよ
うに穀物は左右へ幅広く分散される。同図で、

ケツトによる拡散範囲を示している。乾燥が終つ
て機外へ排出する場合には、上下のダンパ35,
36で開口部31aを閉じ、排出管34を開い

は、上部ダンパ35をオーバフロー口として開い
