配置してなるブリッジ回路を組むと共に、このブリッジ
回路の１対の検出端子間の電位差″が一定となるように
該ブリッジ回路の１対の電源端子間の印加電圧を可変制
御する負帰還ループを形成し、上記１対の検出端子の片
方から上記空気通路における空気流量に応じた検出電圧
を取出すようにしてなる内燃機関用熱線式流量計におい
て、上記負帰還ループ内に時定数回路を介在させ、上記
熱線への加熱電流を平均化させるようにしたことを特徴
とする内燃機関用熱線式流量計。(1) A bridge circuit is constructed by arranging hot wires placed in the intake air passage of the internal combustion engine on one side, and one of the bridge circuits is constructed such that the potential difference between a pair of detection terminals of the bridge circuit is constant.
