本発明はスクリーン印刷及びスクリーン捺染産
業で使用する型枠を製作する工程において、通常
木材又は金属製の枠に紗布を緊張して貼着するも
のであるがこの作業において、紗布の四隅に過大
な張力を与えることなく型枠全面を平均に張力む
らなく、又スクリーン目となる紗布の織目にも歪
を生ずることなく紗布を緊張することのできる紗

ゆるめて把持具にセツトしておくと緊張した後の
紗布の織目は曲つてしまうものであり且つその張
力も場所によりバラツキを生じ品質のよい型枠は

これに対し本発明は簡単な構造の装置で紗布を
全面にわたり張力むらなく、且つスクリーン目に
歪の発生のない非常に大きな張力の得られる紗張
装置であり、以下本発明の一実施例を図に就いて
詳述する。図において1は紗布、2は紗布1を貼
着するための型枠である。3はランターフレーム
であり型枠2の四辺に沿つて3a,3b,3c,
3d、と四辺形を構成する如く配置するものであ
る。4はテンターフレーム3の長手方向に沿つて
付設したレールであり、5はベースでジヤツキ部
材(エヤーシリンダー)6を固定すると共に、そ
の先端のL型部分5′で型枠2を支持するもので
ある。ジヤツキ部材6のピストンロツド7の先端
はテンターフレーム3に連結されており、ジヤツ
キ部材6はエアーホース8から圧縮空気を送り込
む事によりテンターフレームを第2図X矢印方向
へ引張り込み、又圧縮空気を9から送り込むとテ
ンターフレーム3を押し出す方向(反X矢印方
向)へ移動するものである。又ジヤツキ部材6は
1本のテンターフレーム3に対し復数個必要とす
るものである。尚実施例においてはジヤツキ部材
6にエアーシリンダーを採用しているがこれ以外
に公知のネジ式ジヤツキ、オイルシリンダー等の
ジヤツキ部材を用いても同様の作用効果を有する
ものである。11は紗布1の把持具でこの基部に
はローラー13,13′がスタツド14,14′に
軸支され自在に回転出来る様配慮してありローラ
ー13,13′によりレール4内をその長手方向
に対し自在にスライド可能で、又その先端には紗
布1を把持するための針12が復数本植えてある
もので、1本のテンターフレーム3に対し復数個
装備されているものである。尚実施例においては
紗布1を把持するために針12を採用したがこれ
以外にクリツプ等公知の把持機構を用いても同様
の作用効果が出るものである。又10,10′ベ
ース5に装着した車輪で把持具11により紗布1
を把持しジヤツキ部材6によりテンターフレーム
3を外側へ引張り(X矢印方向へ移動さす)紗布
1に張力を附加する時、その反力でベース5が内
側(Z矢印方向)へ移動出来るためのものであ

付設したレール4上をその長手方向へ自然に移動
するものである。すなわち紗布の長さLXが
LX′に伸展した時その伸び量に比例した把持具1
1a1〜11a6はそのレール4a上を長手方向
にスライドするもので又、対辺の把持具11c1
〜11c6も同様にスライドし把持具相互の隙間

LY′に変化(把持具相互の隙間BはB′に拡大され
るものであり、このため紗布1の四隅に過大な張
力を与える事なく紗布1の全面を平均に張力むら
なく又スクリーン目となる紗布1の織目にも歪を
生ずる事なく紗布1を緊長拡大出来るものであ
る。尚且つこの紗布1を緊長拡大する時のジヤツ
キ部材6より出る反力はベース5に伝達され、そ
の先端のL型部分5′は型枠2をその四辺形を縮
小させる方向へ押圧し、紗布1の張力に比例した
量だけ型枠2は変形し紗布1の張力につり合うも
のであり、この状態で紗布1を型枠2に接着材等
により貼着しその後、型枠2よりはみ出した部分
の紗布1を削除すると型枠2は紗布1に附加され
た張力によりその四辺が押縮められるように変形
するものであるが、前述のジヤツキ部材6の反力
により型枠2を変形した状態で紗布1を貼着した
ため、削除後に型枠2がさらに変形する事がな
く、このため張力は低下せず型枠全面にわたり均

フレーム3a〜3dの構成する四辺形を拡大する
如く移動させ紗布1を緊張拡大させる時、把持具
11が紗布1の四辺の拡大に従つて自動的にテン
ターフレーム3に付設したレール上をスライドし
て拡大し、紗布1の四隅に過大な張力を与える事
なく、型枠2の全面を均一で張力むらのない又、
紗布1の織目にも歪を生ずる事のない理想的なス
クリーン目の得られる紗張装置でスクリーン印刷
及び捺染産業分野に於て広く利用できるものであ
