3に噛合するウオームホイール4を回転すること
により、ある回転角において、スプール2に設け
た流入孔5が弁体1に設けた吸入孔6に連通し、
吸入孔6に接続したエンジンの潤滑ポンプからの
吐出油を流入孔5から蓄圧室7に流入させる。こ
の蓄圧室7にはピストン8が嵌合してあり、上記
圧油の流入によりピストン8が後退し、圧油は蓄
圧室7に貯溜(メータリング)される。この状態
からスプール2の回転が進むと流入孔5と吸入孔
6との連通が遮断され、次に蓄圧室7に連通して
回転スプール2に設けた流出孔10が弁体1に設
けた吐出孔11に連通し、蓄圧室7内の圧油がピ
ストン8により吐出孔11より吐出される。ピス
トン8の背面が対向する背圧室9には上記吸入孔
6に接続してある。
