Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 超電導装置における電流リードの冷却用ガス導出管と外
    部配管牟を接続する管継手において、少なくとも１部に
    電気絶縁性円筒体を有するガス導出管の内径側に、前記
    導出管と微少空間を隔てて同心的に電気絶縁性スリーブ
    を設け、該スリーブの中空部を介して冷却用ガスを導出
    させるようにしたことを特徴とする超電導装置における
    電流リード冷却用ガス導出管の管継手。
