    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 絶縁基板上に印刷もしくは蒸着によって形成された抵抗
    体の一部をレーザ光線によって切断すること葭よりその
    抵抗値を所定の値に調整するレーザトリミング装置にお
    いて、レーザ光の出射部のみに開口部を持つ半密閉空間
    を持つ筐体と、前記筐体に空気を吹き込み前記開口部か
    らの空気の吹き出しを作るノズルとを具備することを特
    徴とするレーザトリミング装置。
