The former is preferable in terms of making the shoe lighter, but it requires the use of a relatively soft synthetic resin to ensure the flexibility of the sole, and as a result, the studs have the disadvantage of lacking wear resistance. It was hot. The latter is preferable from the viewpoint of flexibility of the sole and wear resistance of the studs, but it is necessary to embed a large number of cylinders with screw holes in the sole of the shoe, into which the screw rods of the studs are screwed. However, the manufacturing process is complicated, and the resulting shoe sole is heavy.

By molding, the sole body has flexibility, the studs have wear resistance, and the supporting pieces have a shank spring action that prevents the studs from sticking up, and in addition, it is possible to create a lightweight sole. This finding led to the present invention.

A stud 3 is provided, a support piece 2 having a harder hardness than the stud 3 is provided on the sole body 1 around the stud sole 7, and the hardness of the sole body 1, the support piece 2, and the stud 3 is changed. This is a shoe sole with studs that is integrally molded using synthetic resins that are of the same type or different types and have good compatibility.

Studs 3 with excellent wear resistance and a hardness of approximately JIS (A) 76 are arranged at predetermined locations on the forefoot portion 4 and heel portion 5 of the sole body 1, which has excellent flexibility. 3, the supporting piece 2 is attached to the sole body 1 around the stud sole 7 of the stud 3.
The support piece 2 is provided with studs 3 and the sole body 1 has a higher hardness, and these three are integrally formed from a thermoplastic polyester-based polyurethane resin.

望の靴底を成形する。 Next, to explain the manufacturing method of the shoe sole according to the present invention, after removing the burrs from the studs 3 separately molded from polyurethane resin with a hardness of about JIS (A) 76, and cleaning the mold release agent etc. with a solvent. This stud 3 is placed in a primary molding mold, and a polyurethane resin having a harder hardness than that of the stud 3 is injection molded into this mold to form the support piece 2, and as shown in FIG. The studs 3 and the support pieces 2 are integrally formed to form a primary molded body, and before the shrinkage of this primary molded body is completed, a movable mold that holds the primary molded body is moved to the secondary molding side, and the movement is performed. The mold and the secondary mold are clamped, and a polyurethane resin having a hardness lower than that of the support piece 2 is injection molded to form the sole body 1, and the primary molded body and the sole body 1 are integrated. Then, the desired sole as shown in FIG. 1 is formed.

The support piece 2 and the synthetic resin used for the sole body 1 are made to have different hardness, so that the sole body 1 has flexibility and the studs 3 have wear resistance. Since the supporting piece 2 and the studs 3 are integrally arranged on the sole, the sole can be made lightweight and have good flexibility, and the sole body 1 and the studs 3 are integrally formed. The sole main body 1 and the studs 3 can be more firmly integrated than those in which the sole body 1 and the studs 3 are not missing, and the sole can be made to have excellent durability without missing the studs 3.

Since the studs 3 are attached to the sole body 1 by placing
Even if the sole body 1 is soft, it is possible to prevent the feeling of pushing up due to the studs 3 and provide an excellent sole that is comfortable to wear and reduces fatigue.
