PURPOSE:To prevent a product from coagulating in the inside of a bunker by providing a discharge part in which the direction of axial line is bent to the side, providing the required number of bunkers to the lower part of a distribution pipe which is freely turned slowly and speedily and opening the bunker in the lower part of the passing orbit of the discharge part. CONSTITUTION:A distribution pipe 3 is rotated slowly and speedily by receiving the torque from a reduction motor 5 via a V-belt 7 which is bridged between a large pulley 4 stuck tightly to the upper part of a main body part 3A and a small pulley 6 stuck tightly to the output axis of the reduction motor 5.
