列に配設し、このボビン内に、筒状に形成し両端をN極
とS極とに極磁したコアを配設してなり、 上記三個のコイルの内、中央のコイルは、交流が流れる
ことにより上記コアの両端をN極とS極とに交番に極磁
する励磁コイルとなっており、両側のコイルは、相互に
差動接続され上記励磁コイルに交流が流れるときに誘起
する作動出力電圧を外部に取出しコアの軸方向の変位を
検出する′コア変位検出コイルとなっている、ことを特
