【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、溶剤槽に貯蔵した溶剤をポンプでフ
イルターを介し洗濯槽へと流送し、溶剤を媒介と
して衣服等の被洗濯物を洗濯するドライクリーニ
ングの洗濯槽の液位調整装置をもつた排液弁装置
に関する考案である。

く一定の液位を保つべく洗濯槽の横側にオーバー
フローパイプ11と称する溶剤の溢流管を設け、
洗濯槽の液位がオーバーフローパイプの位置迄達
すると、これより液位が高くならない様にオーバ
ーフローパイプより溶剤槽へ溶剤を溢流させ戻し
ながら衣類の洗濯を行なつているが、この方法で
は少量の衣類を洗濯する場合洗濯槽の液位が高い
ため衣類が溶剤の中で泳ぐかたちとなり、衣類同
志のすれ合いによる洗濯(揉み洗い)の効果がな
く、衣類に付いた汚れが落ちにくい等の欠点があ
つた。また、洗濯槽内の液位の高さを一定に保つ
べく実開昭53−576号公報記載の如く、オーバー
フロー部を洗濯槽の排出口と溶剤槽との間に介在
せしめた装置に関する考案も存するが、これら
は、洗濯槽内の液位の高さを上下自在に調整する
機能はなく、衣類の材質、量に対応して洗濯を行
い得るものではなかつた。

以下本考案の構成を一実施例に基づいて説明す
るに、溶剤槽1の溶剤をポンプ2でフイルター3
を介し洗濯槽4へ圧送し、該洗濯槽の底部排出口
5を経て排液弁装置6を通り該排液弁装置より溢
流した溶剤を前記溶剤槽1へ環流せしめてクリー
ニングするドライ機に於いて、排液弁本体12の
内筒12aの下方に洗濯槽4の底部排出口5に連
通するスペース管17を挿通させ、該スペース管
を内部で二方向に分枝し開口させて、一方の分枝
部を内筒12aとし、該内部へギヤードモータ9
にシヤフト15とピン14とで連結され、上下に
自由に内筒12aの内周壁を摺動することが出来
るスライドパイプ10がセツトされ、該スライド
パイプ10と排液弁本体内筒12aとの摺動部は
シールリング13で仕切られ、該摺動部より外部
への液洩れは起きない構造となつており、スペー
ス管17へ流れて来た液はスライドパイプ10の
内部へ溜まりスライドパイプの上部溢流口21よ
り溢れてスペース18へ落下し、排液弁排出口1
9へ流れて溶剤槽1へと流れる。また他方の分枝
部を排液流出口22とし、該排液流出口の開口部
はギヤードモータ7にシヤフト16で連結された
排液弁8で仕切られており、この排液弁はゴムに
てジヤバラ状に成形され左右に移動出来る様にな
つてりおり、該排液弁を右へ移動(排液弁を開
く)させた時スペース管17へ流れて来た溶剤を
排液弁排出口19へ、スライドパイプ10を溢流
させることなく流せる構造となつている。またギ
ヤードモータ7,9はドライ機の制御回路と連動
されており、洗濯行程に応じて作動する様になつ
ている。

り、衣類同志のすれ合いによる洗濯(揉み洗い)
による洗濯効果がなく衣類の汚れが落ちにくく、
また逆に衣類の量に対し洗濯槽内の液位が低い
(洗濯する溶剤の量が少ない)と、揉み洗いによ
る洗濯の効果は大きいが、溶剤量が少ないため衣
類から出た汚れを充分に洗い流すことが出来ず、
汚れのひどい衣類からでた汚れが汚れの少ない衣
類へ移り(二次汚染)、逆に衣類を汚すことにな
るため衣類の量に適した溶剤の液位を保つ必要が
ある。

17へ導びく事が出来る。またスペース管17へ
流れて来た溶剤は排液弁8が閉つているためスラ
イドパイプ10内を上昇し、該スライドパイプの
上部より溢流するが、この時スライドパイプ10
を低くすれば溶剤は低い位置で溢流し、スライド
パイプ10を高くすれば溶剤は高い位置で溢流す
る事となるので、該スライドパイプを上下に内筒
12aの内周壁を摺動させる事により洗濯槽4の
液位を調整する事が可能となる。

ため、衣類の量、材質、洗濯行程に応じた複雑な
液位の調整を素早くしかも正確に行うことが出来
る。

類に残つた溶剤を振り絞り、絞られた溶剤は底部
排出口5へと流れ、スペース管17を通つて排液
弁排出口19を通り溶剤槽1へと還流する。
