、前記締付部材は、その一側に前記第１のパイプの外周
面に対し起倒可能に当接しかつ連結部材の係止部と係脱
可能に係合する湾曲状の係合部が形成され、他側には第
１のパイプの外周面と嵌合する略円弧状の据止め部が形
