Traditionally, synthetic resin foam molded products are durable molded products with uniform density (magnification), and depending on the usage conditions,
The outside is coated with a different material, or the inside is fitted with a molded product made of a different material, and the quality is adjusted to match the purpose of use. However, in this case,
The drawbacks are that it is very time-consuming and requires additional materials. Furthermore, in a method recently disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 53-43762, different types of pre-foamed beads are sequentially filled into a mold using air movement, and then heated and foamed to form an integral mold. However, since the shape of the bead filling port is a normal shape with this technology, molded products with a specific partially circular part can be obtained, but other desired shapes such as triangular, rectangular, circular, etc. can be obtained. It is not possible to embody the shape.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks, and is directed to a method for producing a synthetic resin foam molded product by embodying different types of foamed parts each having a shape intended for a specific part of the synthetic resin foam molded product itself. The details will be explained below.

In the present invention, when filling the pre-foamed synthetic resin beads (hereinafter simply referred to as pre-foamed beads) into the mold of the mold by using air blowing, the filling opening of the filling device is inserted into the desired position. A nozzle with a shape corresponding to the shape (hereinafter referred to as an irregularly shaped nozzle) is attached and used. First, pre-foamed beads are filled into the mold for the first time, and a predetermined amount is filled in the part far from the filling port. After that, cutting involves attaching pre-foamed beads (referred to as different types of beads or different types of beads in the present invention) of different resin materials, expansion ratios, particle sizes, colors, etc. to a different-shaped nozzle corresponding to the desired shape. When the mold is filled with a filling device, as the air moves along the shape of the filling port irregularly shaped nozzle, the pre-foamed beads are also carried along with this air flow, and the inside of the mold is filled. Next, the molding is carried out by conventional heating. In this way, the specific portion of the molded product is made of a foam having desired physical properties (also referred to as a different foamed portion or specific portion in the present invention), and the intended shape is realized. In addition, when a plurality of filling devices are provided to fill different kinds of beads and the filling is performed sequentially using an air flow, for example, if the first filling is performed with one filling device, only the air flow is applied through the remaining filling devices. If the beads are blown into the mold, the pre-foamed beads will be removed by the air flow and will not be filled in the area corresponding to the irregularly shaped nozzle. Next, by supplying different types of beads to the excluded portion, it is possible to fill the desired irregularly shaped nozzle with different types of beads in a good condition, thereby making it possible to obtain a molded product with a high market value. In particular, it is preferable to use beads with a low degree of foaming for the filling beads in this specific part because the strength will be high. On the other hand, when strength is not required, the use of highly expanded beads reduces the weight of the molded product and reduces costs.

As mentioned above, the synthetic resin foam molded product of the present invention clearly embodies a desired shape in a specific part of itself, and can be formed with a foamed part that has desired physical properties, so it is different from conventional foamed products. Thus, there is no need to cover the outside with a different material or insert a molded product of a different material inside, and the foamed molded product can be used as is. It should be noted that by actually implementing the present invention, a heterogeneous foamed portion having a desired shape is formed in a better condition than imagined, so it can be said that the present invention has great practical value.

As the beads, it is preferable to use polystyrene-based or polyolefin-based pre-foamed beads.

[Scope of Claims] 1 Pre-foamed synthetic resin beads of different types are sequentially supplied by type into the same mold using an air flow using a filling device having a plurality of filling ports, and the beads are packed in a collective arrangement. When manufacturing a molded product that is heat-foamed and partially has different foamed parts by integral molding, a filling machine with a filling opening, that is, a irregularly shaped nozzle, is used to match the desired shape of the different foamed parts. By blowing only the air flow without transferring beads to the filling devices other than those used for filling, the filling of pre-foamed beads is eliminated from the part corresponding to the irregularly shaped nozzle, and then different types of beads are added to the excluded part. A method for producing a synthetic resin foam molded product, characterized by filling the product by supplying it and integrally molding it. 2. The manufacturing method according to claim 1, wherein the beads are polystyrene. 3. The manufacturing method according to claim 1, wherein the beads are polyolefin.
