ので、引火性物質である廃溶媒を長期間累積貯蔵
する場合には安全性確保の問題、焼却設備の価
格、稼動率等の問題があり、廃溶媒の処理に窮し
ているのが現状である。

5に送気される。18は廃溶媒7を貯蔵するため
に装置内下方に配置した貯槽で、細管4によりバ
ーナー5と接続されている。
