【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は主として車両用のエンジンに適用され
る摺動絞り弁式の気化器におけるアイドリング開
度の調整装置に関する。

え、かくて該弁はその閉じ作動に際し該ストツパ
面が該スクリユに当る位置で制止されて所定のア
イドリング開度位置に得られるようにした式のも
のは知られるが、この場合該絞り弁は多少とも回
動を許容されて角度位置が変化すると共に多少と
も傾きを許容されてこれに倒れを生ずるものでか
くてその開口面積に多少とも変動を生じ勝ちであ
る不都合を伴う。更に詳述すれば、該絞り弁は側
面のガイドピンでガイド溝に係合して回り止めさ
れるが、そのクリアランスの範囲内で回動自在で
あると共にその外周に案内筒の内周面との間に多
少ともクリアランスが存してその範囲内で傾動自
在であり、かくて角度位置が変化し勝ちであると
共に該ストツパ面に作用する該スクリユの押圧力
或は更にその下流側に作用する比較的高い負圧に
よればこれに倒れを生じ勝ちであり、前記した不
都合を伴う。

面5を吸気流れの前後方向にも斜めに傾斜する複
合した傾斜面に構成させたことを特徴とする。

上流側に向つて少しく傾斜させるようにした。こ
の傾斜角度は例えば第2図に角度αで示す通りで
あり、かゝる複合傾斜面は例えば片角フライス加
工により簡単に得ることが出来る。その作動を説
明するに、絞り弁3がばね6に押されて下動して
ストツパ面5においてスクリユ4に当つて停止し
た場合を考えるに、この場合該スクリユ4は該ス
トツパ面5を介して該絞り弁3に水平方向の押圧
力、即ち吸気の流れに対しその下流側に向う押圧
力と、回転方向の押圧力即ち第2図で時計方向の
誓押圧力とを与えるべく作用し、かくて該弁3は
各クリアランス内を一方に移動されて常に所定の
角度位置において所定の倒れ角度に設定される。
これを換言すれば、常に所定のアイドリング開度
となつてエンジンのアイドリング運転を安定化す
る。
