Shirts such as dress shirts, cutter shirts, sports shirts, and dress shirts are generally folded and finished as shown in FIG. 1 (partially cutaway plan view), stored in transparent bags, etc., and displayed at stores. In addition, in order to avoid damaging the appearance of these products, we use a backing paper to fold them, and when it comes to preserving the shape of the collar, we place color shape-retaining tools inside and behind the collar to make the collar three-dimensional. keeping. That is, in the example shown in FIG. 1, the collar 2 of the folded shirt 1 has a collar mount (not shown) made of cardboard or the like on the back side, a collar member 4 made of a transparent thin plate material on the inside, and a collar member called a butterfly keeper on the inside. A three-dimensional shape retainer 8 is arranged to maintain the three-dimensional appearance of the collar portion 2. Therefore, in the folding sheet 1, as shown in FIG.
As shown in the side view of the figure, the collar portion 2 protrudes from the fabric portion, and this collar portion is rigid due to the shape retaining tool.

On the other hand, packing cases are used to pack and transport such folded shirts. For example, in the example shown in FIG. 3 (cross-sectional view), four folded shirts are stored in one packing case 6. The shirts are stored by stacking two shirts facing each other with the collars 2 alternated.
Therefore, a space A excluding the collar portion 2 is formed between the facing folded shirts. By the way, the size of the folded shirt is the size of packing case 1 (height x width x
Since it can be folded to approximately the same size as the length), from the point of view of shape retention, it has the effect of preventing it from losing its shape. On the other hand, in recent years, people have come to prefer softer folding shirts, and the folding mount gives the impression of stiffness to the fabric of the product, so it is placed only on the collar and shoulders, for example, as shown by the broken part in Figure 1. Such a mount 5 has begun to be used, and the lower side of the folded shirt 1 is designed to give a feel of the unique texture of the fabric. Therefore, when a folding shirt using such a mount 5 is stored in the packing case 6 as described above, the space A is deformed due to lifting and lowering or vibration during handling or transportation, for example, as shown in FIG. As shown in the side view, the folded shirt may be bent, causing horizontal wrinkles and damaging its appearance. In order to store folded shirts in containers from now on, a shape-retaining spacer that can hold the space A, protect the collar 2, and be inexpensive and easily constructed will be needed. The present invention was developed as a result of studies focusing on these points, and is an attempt to provide a spacer that satisfies the above-mentioned demands. However, this invention involves bending a thin sheet material such as film or cardboard to form an H-shape with both sides and the joint, folding both sides individually, holding the collar of the shirt, and folding it approximately in the folding direction. They are formed parallel to each other, and a joining part is formed in a direction substantially perpendicular to the folding direction at the center of the folded shirt, and both sides are joined at the joining part.

The present invention will be explained in detail below based on the drawings, but the drawings show specific embodiments of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to these illustrated examples. Even if the shape or a part of the design is changed, the same implementation is possible. Fifth
The figure (partially cutaway side view) shows a folded shirt stored in a packing case 6 using the spacer 7 of the present invention, and the shirt is arranged in the same manner as shown in FIG.
The pieces are placed in pairs, facing each other. FIG. 6 (plan view) shows the lower folding shirt in which the spacer 7 of the present invention is arranged. The spacer 7 is formed by bending a thin plate material such as a film or cardboard into an H shape. The collar portions 2 are formed so as to be placed in the upper and lower spaces of the mold spacer 7. The height, width and dimensions of the spacer 7 are determined by the height and folding dimensions of the collar 2 of the folded shirt, and in particular, the height and width must match the top surface of the collar 2 or be It needs to go beyond the surface.

FIG. 7 (schematic diagram) shows a spacer 7 made of cardboard, with both sides 8, 8a bent and joined together at a joining part 9 at the joining sides 10, 10a. In the illustrated example, triangular spaces 7a, 7a are formed by bending the continuous portions of both sides 8, 8a and joint sides 10, 10a, but the triangular spaces 7a,
7a is preferable for stably arranging the spacer 7 and increasing the pressing area, and may be omitted if necessary. In joining the joining sides 10 and 10a at the joining part 9, an adhesive or a fastener such as a stapler may be used, but it is convenient to join them by combining them with each other. be. FIG. 8 (schematic drawing) shows these combinations of joining and cutting, with cut grooves 11 and
11, 11a, 11a and tongue pieces 12, 12a are formed, and for joining combination, both joining sides 10,
The tongue pieces 12, 12a are moved to the opposite sides by moving the cut groove side of 10a in the vertical direction so that the cut grooves cross each other. Note that the cut grooves 11, 11a
The depth of the spacer can be set to 1/2 of the height and width of the spacer, and they can be joined as shown in FIG.

In this embodiment, the joint is simply a combination, so reusing the assembly may make the assembly uncertain or there is a risk of it slipping apart depending on the constituent materials. sketch)
A cut tongue piece 13 is punched out on either one of the tongue pieces 12, 12a, and an insertion groove 14 is formed on the other tongue piece as shown in FIG. Insert 13 into groove 1
4 and fold it in as shown in Figure 10 (partial sketch). In the figure, the tongue piece 13 is connected to the joining side 10.
Although the insertion groove 14 is formed on the joining side portion 10a side, it is also possible to reverse the insertion groove 14. With this configuration, there is no risk of it slipping away. Further, in these examples, the spacer 7 is constructed of a ring body to which a portion is glued, but it may also be formed into a band shape and its respective ends are locked and joined at the joint portion 9. FIG. 11 (schematic diagram) shows an example of these, in which the joint side 10a side is configured as the end locking side. That is, the joint side 10
Small tongue pieces 15, 15 are formed on the sides, and small tongue pieces 15a, 15a are formed on the joint side 10a and the joint end 10b, respectively, and the small tongue pieces 15, 15a are crossed as described above. . 1st
Figure 2 (partial sketch) shows the joint 9 constructed and assembled in this manner. In this embodiment as well, separation may occur due to the reasons described above, and in order to prevent this, as shown in FIG. An insertion groove 16 is formed in the other side, and notches 11a and 11a are formed in the joint side 10a and the joint end 10b on the other side, respectively, and insertion tongues 17 are punched out on the ends thereof. When assembling, the insertion tongue pieces 17, 17 are crossed by intersecting the respective notch grooves 11, 11a and turning the end sides to the back side of the joining side 10 as shown by the dotted arrows.
are individually passed through the insertion grooves 16 and locked. With this configuration, an extremely robust spacer can be obtained, although assembly requires a small amount of effort.

FIG. 15 (partially cutaway diagram) shows an embodiment constructed using relatively thick cardboard, and the joint portion 9 is formed by joining the joint sides 10, 10a with adhesive. However, as described above, a fastener such as a stapler or a paper clamp may be used, or a part or both ends of both sides 8 and 8a may be placed near the base of the joint 9. It may be bent and joined.

Since the spacer of the present invention is constructed in this way, it can be stably placed at the opposing parts of the folded shirt and protect both collars, so it will not move or displace inside the packing case and prevent the folded shirt from losing its shape. . Furthermore, since this spacer is constructed by bending both sides and the joint, it is easy to fold and can be made into a small volume, making it convenient for handling and transportation.
