転中心軸を前記ベースの支持部に形成した円筒内に挿通
させ、挿通した回転中心軸と前記円筒とをスペーサーと
スプリングを介して回動可能に軸支し、もってミラーハ
ウジングをベースに対して回動可倒可能に枢着したこと
