Claims

The elbow-shaped impeller is eccentrically surrounded by a cylindrical casing, and a disk-shaped port plate is attached to one end of the casing, and an intake port consisting of two circular arcs concentric with the casing and impeller is attached to the side of this port plate. In this sealed pump with an exhaust port, a front downward slope is provided on the outer peripheral end of the cylindrical boss of the impeller on the port plate side, and large diameter arcs of the intake port and the exhaust port are projected in the axial direction. It is a part of a circle substantially circumscribing the outer periphery of the boss, the small diameter arc has substantially the same diameter as the port plate side end surface of the boss, and the circumferential end of the exhaust port is close to the contact point between the large diameter arc and the outer periphery of the boss.
