Abstract

PURPOSE:To laminate sheets of paper for tickets, to eliminate the need for a cutter and to simplify and miniaturize a mechanism by separating sheets of paper for tickets, which are partitioned into plural numbers by perforations extending in the rectangular direction and folded and laminated in parallel with the perforations, by two pairs of rollers having different peripheral speed. CONSTITUTION:The front end of a ticket paper-sheet 13 folded, laminated and housed in a non-automatic ticket feeding section 12 is inserted previously between a roller 17 as a rear roller for a tension section 15 and a guide roller 19 and between a roller 16 as a front roller and a guide roller 18 in succession through a counterrotating roller 21 and an idler 20. The ticket paper-sheet is forwarded to a head section 4 for a printing section 3 in succession and printed in a required manner, receives the fixing action of ink by a fixing section 6, and is discharged from a carry-out section 8 through an encoding section 7. Since the feed rate of the front rollers 16, 18 is made faster than that of the rear rollers 17, 19, tension in the mutually opposite directions operates when perforations 14 for the ticket paper-sheet 13 are positioned among the rollers 16, 18 and the rollers 17, 19, thus detaching the ticket paper-sheet from the perforations 14.

Next, the operation of this will be explained. Automated ticket supply section 1
The ticket sheets stored in the holder are sent one by one to the thermal hand section 4 of the printing section 3. The ticket paper (roll paper) in the non-mechanized portion supply section 2 is cut into a predetermined size by a cutter 10, and then sent one by one to a thermal press 4 in a printing section 3. The ticket paper sent to the thermal head section 4 is overlapped with the transfer ribbon 5 and moved at the same speed, and after the ink of the transfer ribbon 5 melted by the output of the thermal head section 4 is transferred and printed, The ink is fixed in the fixing section 6 by heating with an infrared lamp, and then sent through the encoding section 7 to the ticket discharging section 8, where it becomes a usable ticket. The encoding unit 7 writes magnetic information necessary for the automatic ticket gate on the back side of the ticket paper only for the automated ticket.

However, according to this configuration, since the roll paper 9 is used for non-automated tickets, the amount of curl of the roll paper 9 is reduced by increasing the outer diameter of the core as much as possible. The automated ticket supply section 2 occupies about half of the installation space of the entire ticket issuing machine, and is therefore large in size. Further, the cutter 10 becomes dull in proportion to the intensity of its use, making maintenance and inspection of the cutter 10 troublesome.

The present invention is structured such that the ticket paper is divided into a plurality of sections by perforations extending in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, and stacked ticket sheets are separated by two pairs of rollers having different circumferential speeds by folding parallel to the perforations. This is an attempt to solve the drawbacks, and will be explained in detail below using examples.

In the figure, 1 is an automated ticket supply section, 3 is a printing section equipped with a head section 4 and a transfer tape 5, 6 is a transfer section, 7 is an encode section, and 8 is a ticket delivery section. Reference numeral 12 indicates a non-automated ticket supply section, and 13 indicates a longitudinal ticket paper stored in the non-automated ticket supply section 12, and as shown in FIG.
The sheets are divided into a plurality of regular shapes by perforations 14 extending perpendicularly to the transport direction, and are folded and stacked at each perforation 14. Reference numeral 15 designates a tension section as a separating section which is disposed on the discharge side of the non-automated ticket supply section 12 and consists of two pairs of rollers, a pair of front rollers 16 and 18 and a pair of rear rollers 17 and 19. The rear rollers are installed apart from each other in the direction in which the ticket paper 13 is carried out, which will be described later. These front rollers and rear rollers pass the tips of the ticket sleeves 13 folded and stacked on the non-automated ticket supply section 12 between the rollers 17 and the corresponding guide rollers 19.
7 and the guide roller 19 in sliding contact, between the roller 16 and the corresponding guide roller 18,
The roller 16 and the guide roller 18 are inserted in sliding contact with each other in a certain direction, that is, from the non-automated ticket supply section 12 to the printing section 3.
A drive section and a power transmission mechanism (not shown) rotate in the same direction so as to nip and carry out the paper toward the head section 4 of the paper. The feed speed of the front roller 16.1B is faster than the feed speed of the rear rollers 17,19. 20 is an idler, and 21 is a reversing roller.

Next, the operation of this will be explained. The tips of the folded and stacked ticket sleeves 13 stored in the non-automated ticket supply section 12 are transferred to the reversing roller 21. A roller 17 as a rear roller of the tension section 15 via an idler 20. guide low 91

Then, the front roller 16.18 and the rear roller 17.19 are driven to rotate by a non-automated ticket issuing signal (not shown), and the ticket paper 13 is sequentially sent to the head section 4 of the printing section 3 from its leading edge to the required number. After printing, the ink is fixed in the fixing section 6, passes through the encoding section 7, and is discharged from the discharge section 8.

As explained above, according to the present invention, spring paper that is divided into a plurality of sections by perforations extending perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction and stacked by being folded parallel to the perforations □" is divided into two pairs having different circumferential speeds. Since the spring sheets are separated by a roller, it is possible to stack the spring sheets, and there is no need for a cutter which is easily worn out, making it possible to simplify and downsize the mechanism and reduce the bottom cost.
