充填剤を配合した熱可塑性ポリエーテルエーテルケトン
樹脂組成物を製膜し二軸配向を行なった滑シ性の良い熱
可塑性ポリエーテルエーテルケトンフィルムに関するも

耐熱性を有し機械強度、難燃性、耐薬品性など各種特性
の優れた樹脂として多方面への応用が図られている。本
発明者は溶融製膜も可能なこの膚脂からポリエチレンテ
レフタレートフィルムを大きくしのぐ工業用高性能フィ
ルムを得るべく鋭意検討した結果、熱可塑性ポリエーテ
ルエーテルケトンに無機質充填剤を特定量配合した熱可
塑性ポリエーテルエーテルケトン樹脂組成物を製膜し二
軸配向を行なう事により、滑υ性が良く耐熱性をはじめ
各種特性の優れた熱可塑性ポリエーテルエーテルケトン

ル200)、およびタルク(竹原化学■製MST)を表
−1に示す割合で混合し、ブレンド後押出機によυ造粒
