Abstract

PURPOSE:To attempt miniaturization of a core by adopting core legs composed of directional silicon steel belts having different widths and hexagonal three phase yokes and reducing the length of the magnetic path remarkably. CONSTITUTION:Core legs 1, 1' and 1'' are obtained by arranging laminated cores subjected linearly to heat treatment so as to make each interval among the cores to be 120 deg.C. Three-phase yokes 2 and 2' are formed by applying pressure to annular laminated cores, in the direction toward their centers from outer six directions, transforming them into a hexagonal form and applying heat treatment to them. The yokes 2 and 2' are connected to the both ends of the core legs 1, 1' and 1'' so as to abut with them. This causes the length of the magnetic path to be reduced remarkably and miniaturization of the cores to be contrived.
