【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案はカートリツジ形リリーフ弁に関する。
従来例えば第1図示のように内部に圧力流体の通
路aを形成したブロツクbへ着脱自在に取付ける
式のカートリツジ形のリリーフ弁cが知られ、こ
れを使用すれば簡単に油圧回路を構成出来ると共
にその交換も容易である利点がある。而して該弁
cは一体の筒状の本体d内の前方に開口した摺動
孔eを貫通形成し、その内部の前方に背後のばね
fに抗して後退可能な摺動弁体gを設けると共に
後方にパイロツト通路hを介して作用する前記開
口の圧力により開弁するポペツト弁iを設け、ポ
ペツト弁iの開弁により該摺動弁体gが後退する
と開くリリーフ孔jを形成する構成を備えるを一
般とするもので、これに於ては前方の摺動弁体g
と後方のポペツト弁iとの間にばね座k、弁座1
を介在させるを要し、部品点数が多くこれに伴な
い加工工数も多くなり比較的高価となるを免れな

より開弁するポペツト弁7を設け、該本体1の一
側にポペツト弁7の開弁で該摺動弁体5の後退動
が許容されると開孔するリリーフ孔8を形成する
ようにしたものに於て、該本体1を透孔3を有す
る前方の部材1aとポペツト弁7を有する後方の
部材1bとに分割し、両部材1a,1bを平行ピ

るようにしたのでリリーフ弁の構成部品の点数を
減少させ得ると共に加工工数の削減を計れ安価に
