ンバータにおいて、前記遊星歯車組の１要素をワンウエ
イクラッチにより固定部に取付け、該要素の固定時互い
に逆向きに回転される遊星歯車組の２要素のうち、一方
を前記案内羽根車に結合し、他方をクラッチにより前記
タービン羽根車又はポンプ羽根車に結合したりブレーキ
により制動して回転数制御するようにしたことを特徴と
