【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は排水ます、さらに詳しくは地中に埋設
されて排水管の接続部の方向を換える排水ますに
関し、本考案の目的とするところは、一種類で現
場に合わせていろいろな方向へ排水管の接続部の
方向を設定できる排水ますを提供することにあ
る。

以下、本考案の実施例を図面に基づいて説明す
る。本考案に係る排水ますは、地中に埋設される
横断面八角形をなす有底筒状の本体1の側面とな
る8面のうちの1面を基準面とし、側面の周方向
に沿つて基準面との間の面角が夫々45度、90度及
び180度となる面と基準面との合計4面に本体の
内外を連通する出入口2を夫々貫設したものであ
る。第1図及び第2図に示すように、本体1は上
面が開口し、下面が閉塞した有底筒状に合成樹脂
で形成される。本体1上縁にはフランジ部3が全
周に亘つて設けられる。フランジ部3は外周縁の
平面形状が略正方形となり、フランジ部3の外周
縁からは上方に向かつて突縁4が突出している。
フランジ部3と突縁4との間に形成される段部5
には蓋板21が載置されるようになつている。本
体1側面には側面となる8面のうちの1面を基準
面とし、基準面との間の面角が夫々45度、90度及
び180度となる面と基準面との合計4面に本体の
内外を連通する出入口2が夫々貫設される。出入
口2は基準面に対向する面と基準面とを結ぶ直線
を挾む左右の何れか一方にのみ形成される。4つ
の出入口2のうちの任意の2つの出入口2に排水
管13を接続すれば、45度の倍数の任意の角度で
2本の排水管13が接続できる。排水管13の接
続されない出入口2にはキヤツプ27が嵌着され
る。出入口2の直径aは側面のうちの1面の巾b
よりも小さく設定される。ところで、出入口2に
は排水管13を接続するためのコネクタ部6が設
けられている。コネクタ部6は筒状にして直接排
水管13を接続してもよいが、目的に応じて第3
図乃至第5図に示すような形状としてもよい。第
3図に示すものでは、コネクタ部6は筒状であ
り、出入口2の周縁から本体1の外方へ突出し、
コネクタ部6外周面には雄ねじ部7が形成され
る。この雄ねじ部7にはソケツト8の内周面に設
けた雌ねじ部9が螺合してソケツト8が本体1に
連結される。ソケツト8は直径の異なる3種類の
筒体10,11,12を段階的に連結した形状を
有しており、排水管13の直径に応じて任意の筒
体10,11,12と排水管13とを接続するよ
うになつている。第4図に示すコネクタ部6にあ
つては、同心円上に形成された3本の溝14,1
5,16が本体1外側面に形成され、排水管13
の直径に応じた任意の溝14,15,16に沿つ
て打ち抜けば、排水管13に合致する出入口2が
形成されるものである。また、第5図に示すコネ
クタ部6は排水ますを臭いトラツプとして用いる
場合のものであつて、一端部が下方に開口して水
面18下に突出するエルボ17がソケツト8に連
結されるようになつている。すなわち、ソケツト
8は直径の異なる2種の筒体19,20を連結
し、直径の小さい方の筒体19を出入口2に挿入
して本体1内に端部を突出させ、ここにエルボ1
7を接続するものである。直径の大きい方の筒体
20へは排水管13が接続されるのは勿論のこと
である。ところで、本体1上面の開口部は蓋板2
1によつて閉塞されるものであるが、排水管13
の埋設される深さに対応して本体1の埋設される
深さも変化する。
