の一部を構成する超音波受信回路の回路構成図であり、
第２図は、その回路を含むボルト軸力測噺装置をボルト
締付装置と共に示す要部断面図である。 第３図は、第２図に示す超音波受信回路を含むボルト締
付装置の制御装置の回路構成図であり、第４図は、第１
図における２つのマルチバイブレータからのパルス信号
の発生タイミングをボルト頂面に現れる反射波の各波と
の関係において示すタイ台チャートである＝ ２４：ボルト、２６：頭部、２７：頂面、３０：超音波
振動子、３２：脚部、３３：先端面、４２：マイクロコ
ンピュータ、５６：ピークホールド回路、６０：微分回
路、６２．７０：単安定マルチバイブレータ、６４：Ｉ
／０ポート、６６ ：Ａ／Ｄ変換看、６８：零クロス検
出回路、７２：ラツチ、７４：発振器、７６：カウンタ

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ボルトの締付けを行うに際してボルト頭部の頂面に超音
    波を加え、その超音波がボルト脚部の先端面で反射して
    頭部頂面に返って来るまでの伝搬時間がボルトの軸力の
    増大に対応して増大することを利用してボルトの軸力を
    測定する装置において、 前記ボルト頭部の頂面に超音波を加えてから予め定めら
    れた一定時間経過後において該ボルト頂面に現れる反射
    波の各波のピーク値をホールドするピークホールド回路
    と、 該ピークホールド回路にピーク値がホールドされる毎に
    該ピーク値を記憶するピーク値記憶手段と、 前記反射波の各波の零クロス点、ピーク点等の特定点を
    検出する特定点検出手段と、 前記ボルト頭部の頂面に超音波が加えられた瞬間からの
    経過時間を計測する時間計測手段と、前記特定点検出手
    段によって特定点が検出された瞬間における前記時間計
    測手段の計測時間を記憶する時間記憶手段と、 前記ピーク値記憶手段に記憶されている各ピーク値のう
    ち予め定められた条件に合致するものを選定し、その選
    定されたピーク値に対応する特定点までの経過時間とし
    て前記時間記憶手段に記憶されている経過時間を前記反
    射波の伝搬時間と定める伝搬時間決定手段と を設けたことを特徴とするボルト軸力測定装置。
