量センサの回転軸とピボット軸とが不整合の状態を示す
図である。 １：流量センサ、２：本体、３：カバー、４：整流部材
、４２：軸受穴、５：アダプタ、５１：羽根車室、５５
：環状部、６：回転軸、７：羽根車、８１：永久磁石、
３２：軸受板。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 本体に形成した羽根車室内に羽根車を回転可能に設ける
    とともに該羽根車より上流側にはノズル孔が形成された
    整流部材を取り付け、該羽根車の回転軸には永久磁石を
    取り付けて該永久磁石を該羽根車と共に回転するように
    し、該回転軸の中間部を該本体に嵌められたアダプタに
    より案内し、該永久磁石の回転を磁気センサで検出する
    流量センサにおいて、該整流部材の該羽根車側の面の中
    心には軸受穴を形成し、該回転軸の下端を該軸受穴で直
    接受け、該アダプタの上面には環状部を形成し、該本体
    に取り付けるカバーには該環状部を受ける凹部を形成し
    て該凹部内に軸受部材を挿入し、該環状部の上端面を当
    接させて該アダプタを位置決めすることを特徴とした流
    量センサ。
