スタンプ処理又は塗装し、さらに該突出数字部を除く数
字輪本体周面段部を乳白色又は乳化色材料によって充填
被覆して該突出数字部の表面と面一の数字輪周面部を形
成し、該数字輪群の外周近傍に光源を配設したことを特
