し渡した締付金具の前記移動杆に掛け回して同一面側に
折り返し、前記係止環の前記係止杆を前記フックに係止
して前記側条の両端を互いに連結する構成と敵前記移動
杆の端部に、前記締結杆側へ延出する押圧部を形成した
