の操作ハンドル2…をカバー1内に内装してカバ
ー1に両側内面に凹設した軸受け用凹所7,7に
回動軸4,4を回動自在に嵌め込むと共にカバー

側に位置する操作ハンドル2の外面側に設けた仮

2個)開口部11,11が設けてある。このカバ
ー1の両側の内面にはそれぞれ第6図のように上
面側が半円形状となつた軸受け用凹所7が凹設し
てあり、軸受け用凹所7の下端内面には係止突部
