金型を垂直方向で開閉を行う射出成形機等の立形

記移動ダイプレート3に回転可能に支承されてい
て、前記昇降用ねじ軸8の内径面に設けたスプラ
インと噛合つている。11はスプロケツトで前記
スプライン軸10に固着されておりギヤードモー
タ12によつて駆動されるチエン13が噛合つて
いるので、前記ギヤードモータ12の正逆転駆動
により前記スプライン軸10が回転すると、前記
昇降用ねじ軸8が回転し前記ボス6の反移動プレ
ート側の端面13より突出される軸長を調整する
ようになつている。14はタイバーで前記固定プ
レート1と前記移動プレート3越しに所定の距離
を隔てて対峙する受圧板15との間で前記金型2

は前記ボスの雌ねじに螺合する雄ねじを設ける
とともに内側面は前記移動プレートに一側が回
動可能に支承されたスプライン軸と噛合つてお
り、前記スプライン軸の回動に伴い前記ボスの
反移動プレート側端部より突出される軸長を調
整するようにされた昇降用ねじ軸と、前記スプ
ライン軸に固着されたスプロケツトと噛合うチ
エンを駆動させ、前記スプライン軸を正逆方向
に回動させるギヤードモータから成る型厚調整
装置、 b 前記固定プレートと前記移動プレート越しに
所定距離を隔てて対峙した受圧板との間で前記
金型に負荷される型締力を受けとめるタイバ
ー、 c 型締時のみ、前記型厚調整装置の昇降用ねじ
