内軸にそって移動し外側面に対称位置にあるアーム部材
のテーパー面にそれそれ接触させた脚部とこの脚部相互
の連結部とを設けたスライダー6・7と、隣り合ったス
ライダー端面にまたがって接触し、軸方向にスライダー
を押圧するシーソー部材とをそなえたことを特徴とする
