向して設けた排気室と、該排気室内にあって噴出口より
下方に適宜離間して位置し幅噴出口から出る蒸気により
沸騰を感知して上記ヒータによる加熱を停止する沸騰感
知器と、該感知器より少なくとも上方にあって排気室内
の蒸気を外部に放出する外部排気口とを備えてなること
