Claims (1)

[Scope of utility model registration request] In a powder storage tank having a cone at the bottom and forming an annular conduit for uniformly descending the powder and granular material between it and the funnel part, the specific descending speed in the circumferential direction of the powder and granular material descending through the annular bottleneck.
