合には、過出防止体17が遠心力により収容体2
の外側方向に移動し、過出防止体17の切れ目1
6を形成した拡縮部位が繰出し孔10内に突入し
てこの繰出し孔10により狭窄されてコード8の
任意位置においてコード8の全外周を締付けて拘
束する構成である。つまり、上述の説明から明ら
かな如く、この過出防止体17はバネ鋼あるいは
プラスチツク等の弾発性部材で構成され、遠心力
の在否によりコード8の把持力が自動的に変更さ

に、リールにコードを多数捲回すれば、コード
が損耗した場合に、コードを順次繰出すだけで
長く使用することができ、コードの交換作業回
数を減少し得る。
