第1図は従来の全閉外扇形回転電機の一部断面
図で固定子鉄心1は円形又は1/4又は1/6の扇形
に、プレスにて打抜いて、それを積層して円筒状
の固定子鉄心として円周数ケ所にクランプ用溝2
を設けそのクランプ用溝2内にクランプ用帯鉄3
を入れ固定子の両端に、押え板(図示せず)を設
けその押え板に前記クランプ用帯鉄3を溶接して
固定子鉄心1を形成している。このように形成さ
れた固定子鉄心1をフレーム4に圧入して回転電
機の固定子を形成している。しかしフレーム5に
設けられた内気循環風道5と固定子鉄心1のクラ
ンプ用溝2の位置は一般に無関係であつた従つて
クランプ用帯鉄3とフレーム4との間に空隙を生
じそのため固定子鉄心1と、フレーム4との接触
面が少くなく放熱が悪くなつて回転電機の温度が

以下本考案の一実施例を第2図を参照して説明
する。尚第1図と同一箇所は同一符号を付して詳
細な説明を省く。フレーム4に設けられた内気循
環風道5と固定子鉄心1のクランプ溝2の位置を
一致させる。このように構成することにより固定
子鉄心1とフレーム4とが内気循環風道5以外の
位置では空隙なしで接触して固定子鉄心1からフ
レーム4への熱伝達が効果的に行うことができ
る。内気循環風道5の部分に来たクランプ用帯鉄
3の部分は、そこを流れている内気によつて有効
に冷却されるので固定子鉄心1の放熱はさらによ
くなる。そして内気に伝えられた熱は内気よりフ
