  1. 被検材上の漬接線に並行させて設置されるＸ軸フレーム
    と、このＸ軸フレームの軸方向に可動自在に設けたＹ軸
    フレームと、このＹ軸フレームの軸方向に可動自在に設
    けたホルダーと、このホルダーに操作杆を介して前記被
    検材の深傷面に対して水平方向に首振り回動自在に設け
    た探触子とを具備し、この探触子を、前記操作杆の首振
    り軸にアタッチメントを介して着脱自在に取付１ナたこ
    とを特徴とする走査装置。
