いて、上記変位手段に対する上記制御信号の供給及び遮
断を行なうスイッチ手段と、上記制御信号の大きさ説予
定値とを比較するコンパレータと、該コンパレータの比
較結果において上記制御信号の値が予定値より大となっ
た時、上記スイッチ手段を一時的に開く制御部とを具備
