亀裂部両端に発生する電圧を検出し該検出電圧から前記
亀裂の長さを計測記録する亀裂長さ計測装置において、
前記検出電圧に対して逆電圧を発生する逆電圧発生器と
、前記検出電圧が印加されると同時に前記逆電圧発生器
からの逆電圧が印加されｍｌ記検出電圧の変化分のみを
検出する等価電圧検出回路とを具備し、前記逆電圧発生
器の出力電圧を初期測定時に前記検出電圧と等しく調整
