[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to a diaphragm for an air cushion device, which is used to move heavy loads in factories, warehouses, ports, etc., as shown in Figure 1. A platform 1 for placing cargo, a support member 2 formed on the underside of the platform 1 for seating on the floor, and an annular diaphragm 3 for blowing out air formed on the underside of the platform 1. The air cushion device consisting of the above is widely known as Japanese Patent Publication No. 54-569. In this air cushion device, pressurized air supplied to the air chamber 4 of the platform 1 is introduced into the diaphragm 3 through an inlet 5 connected to the diaphragm 3 using an appropriate method, and this pressurized air is provided in the diaphragm 3. The purpose is to make it possible to easily move heavy loads by ejecting air from the spout 6 to levitate the main body of the device and eliminate contact resistance with the floor surface 7 due to the load of the load. However, since the diaphragm 3 in the above device is formed only of a rubber coating without using a base fabric, it has a problem in terms of strength and is easily damaged. In order to eliminate this drawback, if a rubberized fabric 8 made of rubberized base fabric is used as the material for the diaphragm 3, it must be formed by connecting multiple pieces of rubberized fabric for reasons of manufacturing the rubberized fabric. However, as shown in FIG. 2, the rubberized fabrics 8 are conventionally connected by overlapping the ends of the rubberized fabrics 8 to be connected and fixing the outer surface of this overlapping portion 9 with a fixing connecting tape 10. Polymerization of two sheets was taking place. According to this method, the four overlapping parts 9 have no elasticity and have different elasticity from the other parts, so that the pressurized air ejected from the jet nozzle 6 is connected to the diaphragm 3 and the floor surface. 7, the expansion and contraction of the diaphragm 3 differs for each part of the diaphragm 3. Therefore, the air discharge interval 12 between the floor surface 7 and the lower bottom 11 of the diaphragm 3 is The lower bottom 11 of the diaphragm 3 is different for each location of the diaphragm 3.
The air discharge interval 12 between the diaphragm 3 and the floor surface 7 differs depending on the location of the diaphragm 3, resulting in a drawback that the stability of the device body is deteriorated.

The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks, and includes a platform for placing cargo, a supporting member formed on the underside of the platform for seating on the floor, and an air support member formed on the underside of the platform. In a device consisting of an annular diaphragm for ejection, the diaphragm is formed from a plurality of pieces of rubber-coated cloth, and the connecting portions of the plurality of rubber-coated cloths are positioned without overlapping, and the connecting portion is made of a bias weave. The elasticity of the bias tape used to connect the connection parts can be adjusted to the elasticity of the rubberized fabric because the connecting parts of the rubberized fabric are located without polymerizing. If it is close, the middle of this connection part will be able to expand and contract like a rubberized cloth as a stretch part, and the stretch of the whole joint part will not be lost like in the past, and at least the middle stretch part of the connection part will be able to expand and contract like a rubberized cloth. , since the elasticity of the rubberized fabric is close to that of the rubberized fabric, and there are only three layers of polymerized parts formed at both ends of the elasticated fabric, the adhesive between the bias tape and the rubberized fabric can be used with a conventionally known elastic adhesive. If there is a bias tape, it will have some elasticity, although less than the extension part, so the expansion and contraction of the diaphragm will be approximately uniform as a whole, and the bottom of the diaphragm and the floor will be This allows stable floating and movement of the main body of the device without causing unevenness in the parts that come into contact with the surface.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.The configuration of the air cushion device is as in the conventionally known example, including a platform 1 for placing luggage;
A support member 2 formed on the lower surface of this platform 1 for seating on the floor surface 7,
An annular diaphragm 3 for blowing out air formed on the lower surface of the platform 1. The rubberized fabric 20 is formed by rubberizing a bias woven base fabric to make it highly stretchable, and it is formed by connecting a plurality of rubberized fabrics 20 radially. The rubberized bias tape 22 is connected to the base fabric of Cloth 20
If the degree of expansion and contraction is close to that of , the middle part of this connecting part 21 can be expanded and contracted as an elastic part 24 in the same way as the rubberized fabric 20, and at least the connection can be made without losing the elasticity of the entire connecting part 21 as in the past. The stretchable section 24 in the middle of the section 21 stretches and contracts close to the elasticity of the rubberized fabric 20, and the overlap formed at both ends of the stretchable section 24 is only three layers. If the adhesive used for the diaphragm is a conventionally known stretchable adhesive, it will have some stretchability, although less than the stretchable part 24, in conjunction with the use of the bias tape 22. The expansion and contraction of the diaphragm 3 is uniform as a whole, and the air discharge interval 12 at the part where the bottom 11 of the diaphragm 3 contacts the floor surface 7 is not uneven, allowing stable floating and movement of the main body of the device. can do. The connection method is the 4th
As shown in the figure, two holding pieces 23 are provided at both ends of the bias tape 22, and the rubberized cloth 20 of the diaphragm 3 is inserted and fixed into these holding pieces 23 to connect, but the rubberized cloth 20 is not fixed. If the stretchable portion 24 between the holding pieces 23 is formed to have the same elasticity as the rubberized cloth 20, the connecting portion 21 of the rubberized cloth 20 can also be expanded and contracted, and the entire diaphragm 3 can be made to have the same degree of expansion and contraction. . In another different embodiment, as shown in FIG.
Make 0 connections. In this case, the end surfaces 25 of the rubberized cloth 20 are in contact with each other or are positioned at an appropriate distance of up to about 10 mm, and the elasticity of the two bias tapes 22 fixed to both sides of the rubberized cloth 20 is What is necessary is just to form it so that it may be the same as the drawing cloth 20.

In the present invention, since the connecting part of the rubberized fabric is positioned without polymerizing as described above, if the elasticity of the bias tape used to connect the connecting part is close to that of the rubberized fabric, this connecting part can be The middle part serves as a stretchable part that allows for the same expansion and contraction as rubberized fabric, and at least the stretchable part in the middle of the connection part can expand and contract close to the degree of elasticity of rubberized fabric, without losing the elasticity of the entire joint like in the past. At the same time, the overlapping parts formed at both ends of the stretching part are only three layers. Therefore, if the adhesive between the bias tape and the rubberized cloth is a conventionally known elastic adhesive, it is possible to use the bias tape. Coupled with this, the diaphragm has some elasticity, although it is less than the extension part, so the expansion and contraction of the diaphragm is uniform as a whole, and the spacing between the bottom of the diaphragm and the part where it contacts the floor surface is uneven. This enables stable floating and movement of the main body of the device.
