Claims (1)
向に連続的に磁気書込みを行って、磁極の向きが交互に
反対になるような磁気トラックを設定し、１つの書込み
部からの漏れ磁束を磁気センサで検出する磁気式リニア
スケールにおいて、前記ワイヤへの磁気書込みを周方向
に間隔をおいて複数箇所に行って複数のトラックを設定
し、これらのトラックに対応してそれぞれ前記磁気セン
サを配設して成ることを特徴とする磁気式リニスアスケ
