Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 原稿を副走査方向に移動させながらこれに同期して画像
    を主走査方向に走査し、原稿画像を画素に分解して対応
    する画信号に変換する原稿読取装置において、透光性材
    質からなる原稿台と、この原稿台を下面から照明する光
    源と、原稿の主走査方向および副走査方向とそれぞれ並
    行に、かつ、上記原稿台に近接して配設した２組の読取
    範囲指示手段を備え、上記原稿台に画像形成面を下側に
    して載置された原稿を上記光源で照明し、上記２組の読
    取範囲指示手段により読取範囲を指定させるとともに、
    上記２組の読取範囲指示手段の出力に基づいて原稿画像
    の有効読取範囲を制御することを特徴とした原稿読取装
    置。
