Exhaust gas must be discharged outdoors through an exhaust pipe, etc. Therefore, in preparation for installing these air conditioners and heaters, exhaust ducts for passing the pipes and exhaust pipes mentioned above are provided on the outer walls of buildings. It is common to fit a cap-shaped hood to prevent rain and wind from entering the exhaust duct or a fireproof cap to prevent fire from entering the exhaust duct from the outdoor side.
These hoods and caps must be removed from the outdoor side during piping work as described above. Furthermore, if the exhaust duct is located in a high position such as on the outer wall of the second floor, it is necessary to use a ladder etc. to climb to a high position in order to remove the hood or cap, so it is necessary to remove the hood or cap. has become a nuisance.

On the other hand, by removably fitting the hood to the external opening end of the ventilation duct using locking claws, the above-mentioned conventional troubles are solved, and the hood is fitted into the ventilation duct. To provide a ventilation device from which a ventilator and a cap can be easily removed from the indoor side. This invention will be explained below with reference to the drawings.

It is fitted with a slight protrusion to the outside of 2. A cylindrical member 5 having a flange 4 formed thereon is inserted into the internal open end 3b of the ventilation duct 3 on the indoor A side, with the flange 4 aligned along the inner surface of the outer wall 2.
A plate spring 6 is provided on the outer peripheral wall 5a of this cylindrical member 5.
is attached, and when the cylindrical member 5 is inserted, the plate spring 6 presses the inner surface of the ventilation duct 3, so that the cylindrical member 5 can be fixed to the ventilation duct 3. A blind cap 7 having an outer diameter approximately equal to the inner diameter of the cylindrical member 5 is removably fitted into the cylindrical member 5 on the indoor A side with its bottom extending toward the indoor A side. The outer diameter of the peripheral wall 7a is smaller than the inner diameter of the cylindrical member 5.

A cylindrical skirt member 9 is attached to the holder with a connecting member 10 such as a rivet. An outward flange portion 9a is formed at the end of the skirt member 9 on the outer wall 2 side, and this flange portion 9a abuts against the step portion of the stepped hole 1. Further, an inward flange 8b is formed at the open end of the cylindrical member 8 on the inside of the ventilation duct 3, and a fire protection cap 11 is connected to the flange 8b from the indoor A side.
is installed. This fire protection cap 11 is constructed by hooking the bent portion 12a of the leaf spring 12, which has a rectangular cross section and is attached to the outdoor B side surface of the fire protection cap 11, onto the tip of the inwardly facing flange 8b. This plate spring 12 is attached when the fire protection cap 11 is pulled toward the indoor A side.
The fire protection cap 11 can be removed from the cylindrical member 8 by bending and removing the bent portion 12a from the flange 8b. In addition,
A plate spring 13 having the same shape as the plate spring 6 attached to the outer circumferential wall 5a of the cylindrical member 5 is attached to the outer peripheral wall of the cylindrical member 8, and this plate spring 13 is pressed against the inner surface of the ventilation duct 3. has been done.

It is detachably attached by a retaining claw 15. A locking protrusion 15a is provided at the tip of the locking pawl 15 on the side of the cylinder member 8, and is curved in a convex shape toward the outside of the cylinder member 8. When the hood 14 is fitted onto the skirt member 9, The hood 14 is fixed to the skirt member 9 by the locking convex portion 15a pressing against the inner surface of the cylindrical member 8. When it becomes necessary to run an exhaust pipe (not shown) for air-conditioning equipment through the outer wall 2, grasp the surrounding wall 7a of the blind cap 7 from the indoor A side with your hands and pull it toward the indoor A side, and connect it from the cylindrical member 5. Remove the blindfold cap 7. Next, put your hand into the ventilation duct 3, grasp the handle 18 of the fire protection cap 11, and remove the fire protection cap 11.
is pulled out from the cylindrical member 8. By the above operations, indoor A and outdoor B are communicated through the cylindrical member 5, the ventilation duct 3, the cylindrical member 8, and the hood 14, so that piping for heating and cooling equipment can be installed. At this time, since the external opening end 3a of the ventilation duct 3 is hidden by the skirt member 9 and the hood 14, the bent part of the pipe of the air-conditioning equipment passing through the ventilation duct 3 and the opening end 3a are visible from the outdoor side B. can not see.
In addition, since the blind cap 7 and the fireproof cap 11 can be removed from the indoor A side, if the exhaust duct 3 is installed on the outer wall of the second floor, etc., it cannot be ascended to a high position outdoors B as in the conventional case. There's no need. Therefore, piping work can be done safely. Furthermore, since this hood 14 is attached to the external open end 3a of the ventilation duct 3, this hood 14 prevents rain and wind from entering the ventilation duct 3. In addition, when the diameter of the pipe of the air-conditioning equipment is large, the hood 14 can be pushed and removed from the indoor A side for piping. On the other hand, since the blind cap 7 hides the internal opening end 3b of the ventilation duct 3, the ventilation duct 3 cannot be seen from the indoor A side.
Therefore, the ventilation duct 3 does not spoil the aesthetic appearance of the room A.

A blind cap is removably fitted into the internal open end of a ventilation duct embedded in the exterior wall that connects the indoors and outdoors, and a fireproof cap is removably attached to the ventilation duct with a leaf spring. Since the hood is removably fitted to the external opening end of the duct with locking claws, it is easy to remove the blind cap and fireproof cap from the indoor side and remove them from the ventilation duct. Piping work can be carried out by connecting the outdoors. In addition, the above ventilation duct is
When the fire protection cap is installed at a high position such as on the outer wall of a floor, the fire protection cap can be removed from the indoor side without having to go up to a high position outdoors as in the conventional case. Therefore, piping work can be done safely. Furthermore, since the external open end of the ventilation duct is hidden by the skirt and the hood, the bent portion of the pipe that passes through the ventilation duct and the ventilation duct cannot be seen from outside. Therefore, the aesthetic appearance of the outer wall is not impaired by the pipes and ventilation ducts. The hood also has the effect of preventing rain and wind from entering the ventilation duct.
