A heater terminal cover 4 is provided on the side of the cabinet 5, and a heater terminal 7 is disposed within the heater terminal cover 4.

The temperature in the vicinity of the heater terminal 7 rose, and the insulation of the support member of the heater 2 was likely to deteriorate, and there was a fear that an electric leakage accident would occur. For this reason, attempts have been made to lengthen the non-red-hot portion of the heater 2 to suppress the temperature rise at the heater terminal 7. However, in these conventional examples, since the red-hot part of the heater 2 is arranged at a position away from the wall of the heating chamber 1, uneven heating occurs. Furthermore, since the non-red-hot portion including the heater terminal 7 is made longer and the temperature rise of the heater terminal 7 is suppressed, there is a drawback that the depth dimension of the heater terminal cover 4 becomes large.

ある。 The present invention is intended to eliminate these drawbacks of the conventional technology. The purpose of the present invention is to prevent insulation deterioration of the heater by cooling the terminal part of the heater while allowing air to pass through the terminal part of the heater, and to prevent the heater from emitting red heat. An object of the present invention is to provide a heater terminal cooling structure for a microwave oven, which is capable of reducing the length of the heater terminal cover and the depth of the heater terminal cover.

Further, a heat insulating material 6 is filled between the heating chamber wall 3 and the cabinet 5. A louver 9 is attached to the heater terminal cover 4.
is attached, and the inside and outside of the heater terminal cover 4 are ventilated. Therefore, in the heater terminal cover 4,
Heater terminal 7 and heater charging terminal 8 are cooled by air from outside.

The operation of the present invention will be explained below with reference to FIG. The heater terminal 7 and heater charging terminal 8 of the heater 2 are both upper and lower surrounded by a heater terminal cover 4 having double louvers 9. The double louvers 9 are formed in different directions, so that even if a wire or the like is inserted from the outside, it will not come into contact with the charged portion of the heater. The heat insulating material 6 blocks radiant heat from the heating chamber 1 and prevents the temperature of the heater terminal 7 from rising. Therefore, the temperature rise of the heater terminal 7 and the heater charging terminal 8 is suppressed by the ventilation effect by the louver 9 and the blocking of radiant heat by the heat insulating material 6. In addition, in measurements made using the embodiment of the present invention, the temperature at the end of the heater could be lowered by about 30°C compared to the conventional example.
