より変形したり割れたりすることを防止し、この
防止効果はプレート液導孔部1が大口径である場
合およびプレートがチタンなどの強度の弱い耐食
性材料である場合に有効に作用するのであり、ま
た打抜いて液導孔とし打抜かないでプラグとする
プレート液導孔部1の高さをプレート底部2とプ
レート上部3の中間としたので、液導孔口径に対
してこの部分の面積が小さくてすむと共にこの部
分の液だまりを少なくできる利点があり、更に補
強リブの高さが低いのでプレスによる圧峡を容易
に為すことができ伸び率が低い耐食性材料である
場合に好適である等の諸効果を有するものであ
る。
