(Prior art) Conventionally, as a self-propelled caddy cart for golf courses, a mole rail type consisting of main rails has been proposed, but this method requires installing the rails higher than the ground, or A groove (about 2ScrrL, for example) was bent over four times, and the rail was installed in this groove so that it did not protrude above the ground. Furthermore, even if a U-shaped groove with a U-shaped cross section is buried underground, the surface exposed to the ground is wide, so it is difficult for Zoll to rush into the U-shaped groove and cause the sight to be lost or the scenery to be damaged. We had no choice but to install it inconspicuously on the outside of a remote rough area. For this reason, caddies and players waste time and effort by traveling long distances to take out and take out golf clubs, and sometimes they are too lazy to do this and lose their scores by playing with inappropriate clubs. Not only did this destroy the interest in playing, but it also extended the round time, which also led to restrictions on the number of players allowed to attend. In addition, when the ball is close to this rail, the ball may hit a rail higher than the ground or a wide groove, and the ball may rebound and put you in unexpected danger, or you may have to do lag, etc. There were many things that didn't look good. Furthermore, it gives a sense of discomfort to the scenery of the golf course where you can enjoy the natural scenery. Therefore, in order to eliminate this problem, the 6-pronged electric cart itself is heavy (approximately 1.5 lbs.! 9th place)
Furthermore, a person is required to operate the carts, and self-propelled carts on the fairway cause serious damage to the grass, so a paved walkway of concrete or asphalt with a width of 5 rIL has been installed specifically for electric carts. . As with the previous case, not only is there a big drawback to horizontally holding the pole at a further distance (sometimes as far as 000 m), but the pole often falls on this path. -L made a much more irregular pound than expected, and Zor's whereabouts were not found, and Sidele's interest was seriously lost as she flew out of bounds. In addition, recently proposed electric carts, which are electromagnetic induction carts that can also be called unmanned self-propelled carts, have concrete paved roads (3 in width) for the carts to run on.
This is a system in which an electromagnetic cable is buried in the cable, and a sensor detects the magnetic field generated by this cable to determine the direction, and the cart runs unmanned by a remote device, but this method is similar to the electric cart described above. It has several drawbacks and is not desirable.

As a cart that does not have these drawbacks, there is a push cart that has been used for a long time and has two left and right wheels that are supported by the hands. It does not fall over when supported by the hand, and although it is lightweight, it does not damage the reeds and grass, so it is still often used on relatively flat golf courses, but whether it is pushed by the player or by the caddy. Moshichi's labor force is large, and in recent years there has been a shortage of caddies, so many bags (weighing 9 to 9) are often carried on one cart, and no matter how flat the cart is, Shichi's labor is enormous. The total weight including the cart is almost ASk+? Due to the heavy rotation of the front and back wheels, damage to the lawn has increased, especially on upper slopes, etc. This has also led to poor caddy service, including limited sanding that delays graying, and on golf courses. This has become a source of concern. However, golf courses in Japan have many ups and downs, and when transporting equipment on these courses using hand-powered caddy carts, it is difficult to deal with the glare, which delays the round and reduces the comfort of play. There were times when it was missing.

At golf courses, wear and tear on the grass, which is the lifeblood of play, is the most troubling issue, and preventing this as much as possible is a top priority, but automatic transportation devices still have various deficiencies and there is no optimal one. . However, the biggest cause of lawn damage caused by levers was the large weight of the carts. This is clear from the fact that the above-mentioned lightweight push cart caused almost no damage to the lawn. However, conventional carts were all made of metal and were heavy as described above. However, as mentioned above, it is preferable to lay rails on the fairway so that the cart can run on its own without moving the cart transport path far from the fairway, but to avoid damaging the grass, it is preferable to lay rails on the fairway so that the cart can run on its own. It is conceivable that the running wheels run on the U-shaped groove, but for this purpose, the width of the running rail needs to be at least 20 mm each, and it is therefore necessary to form a wide flange on the U-shaped groove. The gap between the flange part and the center part (the part through which the vertical shaft connecting the cart and the equipment in the track passes) is a minimum of 30 mm, and a total width of at least 70 mm will be exposed on the fairway grass. Therefore, even if it was covered with artificial grass or the like, it was difficult to sufficiently hide it, and the use of silsawyer gave it a somewhat strange feeling. In addition, in order to run on the rail, that is, on the flange, the full load of the cart and equipment is applied to it, so it must be made strong enough to accommodate this. The supporting U-shaped groove portion also needs to be strong. Therefore, the rail itself becomes large and heavy, which is not preferable from the viewpoint of handling and cost.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The present invention provides a caddy cart self-propelled device using the above-mentioned buried type single stake, which minimizes the exposed surface to the ground surface to improve the scenery of the golf course. without any loss? - It is no different from a lawn, such as a rail pound, and it requires less horizontal lifting, saving labor and time, and it is possible to use thin and lightweight rails, even though they can withstand heavy loads from carts and tools.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention has a narrow-mouthed bottle-shaped cross section that is buried at the same level as the ground surface (this can be laid not only in rough areas but also in the center of the course, that is, within the fairway). The gap between the bottle eyes is a golf goal (small ball with diameter II).
/ im) not depressed? The thickness of the bottle opening, which is exposed to the ground surface, is approximately 0 mm.
m, the width of the flat surface including the gap is about 10mm (the width of one golf ball), and the total width of the part buried underground is 1・τ/JQ 7nm. A large number of narrow-mouthed bottle-shaped cross-section rails with a wide front and back configuration are connected, and these are buried in an endless manner in the order of golf courses, with the bottle mouths at approximately the same level as the ground surface. In addition, a cover such as flexible artificial turf or rubber plate, which covers the opening of the bottle at the same level as the ground surface and which has the same elasticity and color as the fairway grass, is installed to cover this and the gap. The sides are attached so that they overlap on the gap.

The rail a has a narrow bottle-shaped cross section, and the lower part thereof has a groove 1 having a U-shaped cross section, followed by a shoulder portion 2 and a mouth portion 3. Therefore, the bottom part 4 is loaded with the total M amount of the caddy cart, which will be described later, and the shoulder part 2 is loaded with a load to prevent the cart from overturning, so it should have a strength (for example, thickness) that can cope with these loads, and the other parts are For example, the thickness is such that it can maintain its shape! Therefore, the exposure of the mouth portion 3 to the ground surface, including the spacing portion 5 as described above, is less than lIOam. Preferably, a molded article composed of F, R, and P is preferred because it is lightweight, strong, and has excellent weather resistance, corrosion resistance, and the like. In addition, a flexible rubber plate or artificial turf made of the same elasticity and color as the grass is attached to the exposed surface of the opening 3, and the sides thereof overlap each other to some extent on the spacing portion 5. Covers 23° and 23' are provided to prevent the infiltration of soil, sand, rainwater, etc., and to allow the overlapped covers to be opened when the cart passes.

(Function) Place the golf bag on each mounting table 7, 7' and 8.8', lean it against the back plate 9, 9' and 10.10', tilt it, and stably fix it with a band or other means. . [7? When the prime mover inside the Tsukusu 15, such as a motor, is rotated by a remote control or the like and the running wheels are rotated via a transmission system such as a chain, the cart will run on its own at a speed slightly faster than a person's walking speed, and the approximate ball hitting position will be determined. Then, the cart is stopped by using the remote control or the beam switch, and then the cart is sequentially derailed in the order of the courses. At the curved point of the rail, the flange of the guide wheel or anti-overturn wheel makes contact to ensure smooth running, and the flange of the running wheel also provides good guidance, and prevents the cart from overturning if it falls over due to terrain, etc. The wheel strongly contacts the inner lower surface of the shoulder, and the flange of the running wheel also helps prevent the vehicle from falling over, thereby ensuring safe travel.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, in the present invention, since the running wheels are accommodated in the rails and run, the entire load is applied to the bottom surface of the rails, which increases the strength of this part. In particular, since no load is applied to the bottle opening, it can be made thin, so the exposed surface that appears on the lawn has a narrow width, and its presence cannot be easily discerned. Moreover, the running i-wheels are not visible on the outside. Since there are no bags, the cart looks as if it were sliding on the grass.Furthermore, the rails are cheaper and the handling becomes easier, making transportation of bags at the golf course revolutionary.
