入位置の位置決めができないため挿入位置が不正
確であると読取り誤差を生じたり、カードのガイ
ドへの押圧力が強すぎるとカードの摺動に支障を
生じてカードとガイドとの間に隙間ができるため
移動中にカードがずれ、これによつて読取り誤差
を生じる恐れがあるという欠点があつた。

パ部材を有する位置決め機構および前記枠と結合
され、この枠をレールに沿つて搬送する搬送用駆
動源を備えることによつて達せられた。

れたベースに2本のレール2が取付けられてい
る。カード挿入口30(第2図参照)を有する枠
3にはV形の溝を持つ4個の車輪4が設けられ、
この車輪4がレール2に係合しており、枠3はレ
ール2に案内されて同じ経路を正確に移動するこ
とができる。また枠3には、長方形のカード5の
周縁の一辺が当接する当接部6と、カード5を当
接部6の方へ押圧するばね7が設けられている。
枠3に挿入されたカード5に対してピストンロツ
ドを垂直に向けるエアシリンダ8が枠3に固定し
て配設され、この固定支持構造は図面では理解を
容易にするために省略している。エアシリンダ8
のピストンロツドには、このピストンロツドと同
方向の軸心で、エアシリンダ8によつて駆動され
たとき円錐形に形成された先端がカード5の孔9
に嵌入してカード5を枠3に押し付けるピン10
と、枠3に対して直角な方向に向いたストツパ部
材11とが取付けられている。このストツパ部材
11はベースに固定されたストツパ12と対峙し
ており、ピン10がカード5と枠3に押し付けて
いないときには第3図のようにストツパ部材11
がアーチ状のストツパ12に対峙して当接して枠
3の移動が阻止され、ピン10がカード5を枠3
に押し付けているときには第4図のようにストツ
パ部材11がアーチ状のストツパ12に当接しな
いので枠3の移動が可能となる。そして、枠3に
挿入されたカード5は、ばね7により当接部6方
向に押圧され、エアシリンダ8の作動によりピン
10によつて枠3に固定される。エアシリンダ1
3はベースに固定配置され、そのピストンロツド
131は連結棒132を介して枠3と結合されて
いる。このエアシリンダ13の作動によつて枠3
はレール2に沿つて往復直線運動を行なう。枠3
に切欠かれた孔31,32の部分を挾んで対向し
たロツドレンズ14,15が設けられており、別
置の光電処理装置より光フアイバー16で発光側
ロツドレンズ14に送られてきた光がカードに照
射され、カード5にデータとして設けた孔17を
通つた光が受光側ロツドレンズ15より光フアイ
バー18を介して光電変換装置に送られてカード
5の記憶内容が読取られる。81,133はそれ
ぞれエアシリンダ8,13に空気を供給、排気す
るためエアホースである。

ない光電変換装置を介してマイクロコンピユータ
にカード5が差し込まれたことを検知させる。こ
のようにしてカード挿入が検知されるとエアシリ
ンダ8の電磁弁が制御され、エアシリンダ8に空
気が供給されるとカード固定用のピン10がカー
ド5の孔9に係合し、カード5は枠3内で位置決
めされる。ストツパ部材11は第4図に示すよう
にストツパ12から外れるので枠3は移動するこ
とができるようになり、エアシリンダ13の電磁
弁が制御されると、エアシリンダ13に空気が供
給される。これにより枠3がレール2に沿つて移
動し、この移動中にカード5の孔17がロツドレ
ンズ14,15位置を通過しデータが次々に読み
取られる。データの取りが終了するとエアシリン
ダ13の電磁弁が制御されエアシリンダ13によ
つて、枠3を元の待機位置に戻す。エアシリンダ
8は、給油作業が完了すると、その電磁弁が制御
されることによりカード固定用ピン10を引上
げ、カード5が取出せる状態にする。カード5が
枠3から取出されるとすべてが最初の状態に戻
り、次のカードが入るのを待機する。

の移動が阻止されているので、カード5を枠3に
位置決めするのも容易であるという利点を有す
る。
