For example, work rooms where precision parts are assembled are illuminated with a sufficient amount of light, but hotel lobbies are lit with a slightly lower amount of light to create a calm atmosphere. Additionally, in galleries and the like, indirect lighting is often used to prevent shadows from forming. By the way, when providing such lighting, generally a plurality of lamps and shade or various lighting covers are attached to appropriate locations on the ceiling surface. However, when illuminated in a spot like this, brightness tends to be uneven between areas that are illuminated and areas that are not illuminated, and the brightness tends to be uneven, and other lamps located far away may also enter the eyes and cause a sense of dazzle. be. Moreover, the large number of hanging fixtures such as lighting covers can become an eyesore, and the lighting covers themselves can sometimes reflect irregularly, which can also cause problems in terms of appearance.

In view of these circumstances, the present invention aims to provide a light ceiling device that can provide uniform brightness of illumination, suppress reflected light, and has an excellent appearance. In other words, the gist of the present invention is to support translucent resin runners vertically and horizontally on the ceiling surface, and in each lattice space formed by the runners, a large number of runners with a shape slightly larger than the lattice space are installed. A light-diffusing resin face plate is placed so that its peripheral edge engages with a translucent resin runner,
The optical ceiling device is characterized in that a satin surface is formed on the effective surface of the light-diffusing resin face plate or the effective face of the light-diffusing resin face plate and the effective face of the translucent resin runner.

Figure 1 shows the light ceiling device of the present invention looking up from below, and it is installed in a suspended state on the ceiling surface A. is installed. FIG. 2 is a sectional view of a part of this optical ceiling device, and FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the optical ceiling device as seen from above. Reference numeral 1 in the figure indicates a light-diffusing resin face plate made of methacrylic resin, vinyl chloride resin, styrene resin, or other resin, which is usually flat and has one or both effective surfaces as shown in Figures 4 and 5. The translucent resin runner 2 mainly consists of vertical bars 21
and horizontal beams 22, which are supported vertically and horizontally so that a lattice space 8 is formed when combined. The translucent resin runner 2 is formed into an inverted T-shape by the horizontal bars 22 and the vertical bars 21, but only the translucent resin runner 2' located on the outer periphery is L-shaped due to its structure. Become. In this example, the vertical bar 21 and the horizontal bar 22 are bonded together, but they may be manufactured integrally by extrusion molding.
Further, in this example, the horizontal bar 22 is made of a light-transmitting resin that has light-diffusing properties and has a matte surface 2a, like the light-diffusing resin face plate 1, and the vertical bar 21 is darkened by reducing the amount of transmitted light. Although transparent resin is used to avoid streaks, it is not limited to this.

These translucent resin runners 2 are suspended and supported from the ceiling surface A by hanging tools 3. This hanging tool 3 consists of a hanging wire 31 having a turnbuckle 32 and a hanging fitting 33. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the hanging fitting 33 crosses the translucent resin runner 2. This is supported by a hanging wire 31. The hanging fitting 3' in FIG. 3 is a special fitting used when installing the sprinkler 6 as shown in FIG. 1, and is also supported from the ceiling by a hanging wire 31. 5 is a wire for preventing steady movement during hanging. In each lattice space constituted by the translucent resin runners 2 suspended in this manner, a light-diffusing resin face plate 1 cut in advance to be slightly larger than the lattice space S is placed. Since the lattice space S is constituted by the horizontal bars 22 of each translucent resin runner, the periphery of the light-diffusing resin face plate 1 engages with the horizontal bars 22. At this time, the light diffusive resin face plate 1 is attached,
In consideration of elongation due to removal or expansion of the resin, the distance is made slightly shorter than the distance between the vertical bars 21 as shown. On the other hand, a hanging fixture 3 or 3' is attached to the translucent resin runner 2, but since the hanging fixtures 33, 33' of this hanging fixture are larger than the width of the vertical beam 21, the light-diffusing resin face plate 1 cannot be attached. , it is expected that it will hit during removal. This can be solved by attaching the hanging fittings 33, 33' at a considerably high position, but this would make the vertical bar 21 higher than necessary, which would be inconvenient, so in the present invention, the vertical bar 21 and the horizontal bar 22 are A protrusion 23 made of translucent resin is formed at the inner corner of the runner 2 made of translucent resin constructed in this way, so that the light-diffusing resin face plate 1 hits the hanging fittings 33, 33'. This is prevented.

The light-diffusing resin face plate 1 is attached as described above, and is generally installed on the entire ceiling surface A, but this face plate 1 and the light-transmitting resin runner 2 do not expand or contract due to changes such as heat. Therefore, when installing on the entire ceiling surface A, it is necessary to take measures against expansion and contraction due to expansion and contraction. In this embodiment, as a countermeasure against this problem, the outermost translucent resin runner 2' is installed so that there is a gap D between it and the wall surface C, as shown in FIG. It is supported by being covered with a frame material 4. As a result, even if the total elongation is applied to the outermost translucent resin runner 2', this runner 2' moves toward the wall C side and can be buffered. On the other hand, it will also be possible to deal with the case of shrinkage. In this example, the decorative frame material 4 is also made of the same material as the light-diffusing resin face plate 1, but it is not limited to this.

The present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, and since a large number of light-diffusing resin face plates are supported by translucent resin runners, the runners do not become an eyesore and the ceiling surface is uniform. Demonstrates lighting effects,
In addition, since the pear-skinned surface is formed on the light-diffusing resin face plate that occupies a large area, it has excellent diffusivity and a soft feel, and furthermore, it does not reflect other objects. This provides excellent effects such as being able to provide a light ceiling and making it possible to easily attach and detach the light-diffusing resin face plate.
