する真空型の脱水装置に附設する洗浄水を均一散

差が生じて不均一洗浄となり、又、洗浄水量によ
つて噴出速度が変つたり真空型脱水装置の濾過面
に形成されたマツト表面をいため飛散する等の実

一様に分配され、真空型脱水装置の濾過面に形成
されたマツト上に流下するので前記従来生じてい
た欠点が解消され、極めて円滑な作業をなすとい
