この考案はエスカレータのような乗客コンベヤ
の踏段案内レールの固定装置に関するものであ

貫通した踏板軸3にそれぞれ固定されている。こ
れらの踏段軸3の両端部には左、右前輪4が取り
付けられ、踏板1のブラケツト1aには左、右後
輪1bが取り付けられ、合計4個の転輪が各々案
内レール5,6,7によつて案内されている。こ
れらの案内レール5,6,7は主枠8に対して適
宜のピツチで固定されている。安全対策上からの
踏板1の両側端とスカートガード9との隙間Gを
最小で一定寸法に保つ必要があり、このために踏
板1は直線的に移行させる必要がある。したがつ
て、一方すなわち第2図右側の前輪4幅に対し、
断面ほぼU字状の前輪案内レール5内幅が僅か隙
間gをもつて、踏板1を水平案内している。な
お、その他の案内レール6,7は前輪4、後輪1
bに対して水平方向に遊びをもたせてあり、水平

ール5に対し任意の位置で、これが挿入取付でき
るように、U字状の内部に寸法的に余裕をもたせ
てあり、クリツプ11の両側壁11a上端部内面
に係合部11bがそれぞれ切り欠かれており、こ
れらの係合部11bは案内レール5の両側立上が
り部5aに上方および外側方からそれぞれ接触し
て係合するように形成してある。乗客コンベヤの
主枠8の一部であるレール取付板8aにブラケツ
ト8bが溶接されており、ブラケツト8bに案内
レール5の下面が支持されている。ブラケツト8
bの下方から挿通されたボルト12がクリツプ1
1の底に設けたタツプ穴11cにねじ込まれ、前
記ボルト12を締め付けることにより案内レール
5の下面とブラケツト8bの上端部とが当接され
ると共に、クリツプ11の係合部と案内レール5
の立上がり部5aの上端部とが係合され、前記ボ
ルト12の締付力に伴う摩擦力によつてブラケツ
ト8bに対して案内レール5が保持固定されてい
